North Carolina Police Warned To Put Their Personal Property Into Someone Else's Name ! Post Oak Public Relations postoak.pr@gmail.com 978 -- 635 -- 9586 For Immediate Release 10.27.11 North Carolina Police Departments all over the state have warned their officers to put their personal property (houses, land, cars and other assets) into someone else's name because they may now be subject to lawsuits from the People of North Carolina. The warning was issued in response to the recent ruling that upheld that the local Police Departments in North Carolina are classified as "private entities" and NOT connected to the state of North Carolina. Judicial Review Judge, Paul C. Ridgeway, Wake County General Court Of Justice, Superior Court Division, upheld a lower court ruling that most Public Officials / Agencies are "private entities." Judge Ridgeway upheld the earlier (1.17.11) ruling of lower court Judge J. Randall May in Class v. NORTH CAROLINA, Case No. 10 DOT 7047 (now known as 11 CVS 1559). The police officers will now also have to fund their own Surety Bonds. Judge Ridgeway's September 15, 2011 ruling creates a conflict in the public's perception of basic government legitimacy because Judge Howard E. Manning, Jr (who recused himself in August 2011) declared in Mr. Class' 4.21.11 hearing that "the Defendants were NOT 'private entities' or 'private contractors' ", but were "public officials." Bob Hope and Glen Campbell are Orville and Wilbur Wright about to test their new invention. (Excerpted from THE LAUGH MAKERS) In May 1987, the Hope Squadron was airlifted to Pope Air Force base in Fayetteville, North Carolina aboard the personal plane of Gen. Dwayne Cassidy, the chief of the Air Force's Military Airlift Command. We would tape a 90-minute special there celebrating both Hope's eightyfifth birthday and the seventy-fifth anniversary of the outfit that had transported him from base-to-base during his overseas Christmas tours. Also on board sharing the general's special VIP quarters that included a kitchen (complete with chef ) were Dolores Hope, Lucille Ball and her husband Gary Morton and the Hopes' toy poodle, "Toby." Hope would meet us at Pope after flying in from a personal-appearance tour on the eastern-seaboard. Our guest stars, Glen Campbell, Barbara Mandrell, Don Johnson, Emanuel Lewis, Brooke Shields and Phylicia Rashad, were waiting to go to work. Over the next several days, we rehearsed the show that would be taped before a crowd of four thousand servicemen and their families — as well as soldiers from nearby Ft. Bragg. This is usually just some good old jokes I come up with, but the last joke wasn't totally original and came from a song by a guy that kept being called a SOB every time they misunderstood him and thought totally different meanings which usually happens if your waitress is a foreigner or you are a foreigner the understanding barriers could lead to misunderstandings, fights, and cuss words. The title of the song was called "I don't need this s***". The other jokes were all by me and made up by me to get some laughs, USWGO doesn't always have to be about politics, it can also be about fun and games, education, a historical new organization that will make history, and a site where you can just joke other members and friends. Here are the three jokes titled: 1. There's a bomb in my taco salad 2. The ghost in the NC Battleship tour 3. I got dissed by restaurants and hotels These all three are meant to be funny and nothing other then that, they are not made by a particular reason, I just tried to come up with very original jokes, if anybody puts words ion my mouth don't listen to them because they don't know how to be funny :P and like to be a sour stick in the mud. |
