You Are Now a Member of the Fish Club

This is one of twelve "highly amusing fun cards" that came in a Novelty Fun Cards envelope (see below).

For a similar card, see You Are Now a Member in Good Standing of the Lemon Club.

--------

"Fish Club. Thanks for the nickel. Bite, sucker, bite. You are now a member of the Fish Club. Don't get sore. Ask your friend for a nickel and pass this card along. Note: Don't bother with sore heads and misers."

You Are Now a Member in Good Standing of the Lemon Club

The idea, of course, is that you ask a friend for 5 cents, hand him this card in order to initiate him as "Mr. Sap" into the "Lemon Club," and then keep the money for yourself.

For a similar card, see You Are Now a Member of the Fish Club.

--------

"Membership Card. Thanks for your 5 cents, Mr. Sap. You are now a member in good standing of the Lemon Club. Squeeze, brother, squeeze."

Practical jokes

Some of the jokes I played on my (ex) husband during our marriage... hot mustard sweets, a sugar lump that produced a plastic floating fly after melting, a sugar lump that turned his drink into blood, and a soft plastic egg in his lunch.
